Job description Sedgewick Homes is a growing custom home builder with over 40 years of construction experience. You must preregister a buyer with Sedgewick Homes, or they must list you as the realtor referral upon their first contact with us. No registrations will count if not registered by the first contact. You can preregister your customer in person, over the phone or online. All registrations will expire if the customer has not signed a contract with Sedgewick Homes within a year of registration.
New Home Sales Consultant
You must attend the buyers first meeting with us. This meeting can be a virtual meeting or an in-person meeting. This allows us to build a strong relationship with you and with the buyer. Sedgewick Homes has four convenient North Carolina locations with offices in Hamptonville, Statesville, Salisbury, and Granite Falls. We generally build within a 40 mile radius of each of our sales centers.
